Max Spencer Greenaway

Your name, email and message go to Max by email, through Brevo, only so he can answer you. No copy of your message is kept on this website.

How your message is handled
  1. Max Spencer Greenaway decides how your message is used. You reach him through this form.
  2. Your name, email address and message are used to read and answer you, on your own request and on Max's interest in answering what is sent to him (GDPR art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
  3. Vercel hosts this website and the form's sender, Brevo (in France) delivers the email, and Google holds it in Max's Gmail. Vercel and Google are in the United States and certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission found adequate on 10 July 2023.
  4. The form's sender stores nothing. To stop abuse it counts messages per visitor, by network address, in memory for ten minutes. Vercel's request logs record each sending (time, page and network address, without the message) for Vercel's log period, and Brevo keeps a delivery record of each email for its own period.
  5. Your message stays in Max's mailbox as long as the conversation needs it.
  6. You may ask to see, correct or delete it, to limit or object to its use, and for a copy, through this form. You may also complain to the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it) or to the authority where you live.
  7. Name, email and message are what Max needs to answer. Nothing is used for marketing, and no decision about you is made by machine.
